AN INSTAGRAM DESIGN EXPERIMENT @freelovehigh

As an experiment in design and social media, I created a brand - Free Love High - a women focussed cannabis design project with a 70’s vibe.

 We sourced hundreds of on-theme elements, and planned the design on a template that was 30 posts at a time.

Each post had a couple of different images and textures overlaid, and bleeding into the next posts at just the right spot/s - but making it seamless was a challenge. 

Apart from bringing iconic, artistic and desirable photography and art together, we tried to make each post on the platform interact with every post around it, telling a larger cannabis story as a whole page, but also for each post to work on its own.

We’re fascinated with doing things on platforms that haven’t been done before, and pushing their boundaries as much as possible.
